“The Women's Stories Project” is the community phase of the Woven Threads Oral History Project that aims to document and highlight the diverse experiences and contributions of women, fostering understanding, respect, and unity across cultures and religions. Through storytelling, we strive to inspire positive social change and promote inclusivity.

The community phase involves volunteers that will interview women about their personal experiences related to resilience and empowerment. Interviews range from 10 minutes to 1 hour+. Interviews are advised to be conducted in either Korean or English.

  • To view or listen to an interview, simply click on the corresponding audio file. The audio file will open in a new window, allowing you to listen to the interview directly from your web browser.

  • If you wish to download an interview for offline access, right-click on the audio file and select the "Download" option. The file will be saved to your computer or device for future reference.
